Special and/or sensitive personal data that we process
BIOCULAR Consulting/Going Gorillas does not (may not) process any special and/or sensitive personal data. Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data about website visitors who are younger than 16 years old, unless they have permission from parents or guardians. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is older than 16. We therefore recommend that parents/guardians be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data about children being collected without parental consent. How long we retain personal data
BIOCULAR Consulting/Going Gorillas does not retain your personal data longer than strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which your data is collected.
In the context of the execution of our agreements, we apply a retention period of 10 years after the termination of the agreement or as long as we offer similar products or services on the market as those for which we have concluded an agreement with you, whichever of the two periods is the longest;
In the context of processing your contact details outside the execution of agreements, we apply a retention period of 12 months.
Sharing personal data with third parties
BIOCULAR Consulting/Going Gorillas does not sell your data to third parties and only provides it if this is necessary for the execution of our legal obligations or the agreement with you. With companies that process your data on our behalf, we conclude a processor agreement to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality of your data. BIOCULAR Consulting/Going Gorillas remains responsible for these processing activities.
Viewing, modifying or deleting data
You have in principle the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. In addition, you have the right to withdraw your possible consent for data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by BIOCULAR Consulting/Going Gorillas and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have about you in a computer file to you or another organization designated by you.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or a request to withdraw your consent or object to the processing of your personal data to the email address privacy@goinggorillas.com.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. In this copy, please black out your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN). This is to protect your privacy.
BIOCULAR Consulting/Going Gorillas aims to respond as quickly as possible, but within thirty days, to your request. You should bear in mind that BIOCULAR Consulting/Going Gorillas may not be obliged to comply with your request for access, correction, deletion or transfer. This is due to our legal obligations or the legitimate exercise of the right to freedom of expression and/or information.
