2001, a dorm room in Leuven. Two hip-hop fans who clicked instantly. Twenty-four years later, Yves and Sharon made it official, in business. Going Gorillas was born from a simple realization: life science companies need marketing that actually understands the science. Most agencies are great at marketing. Or great at science. Rarely both. We are.

Master in bio-engineering. PhD in vaccine development. Years in pharma, biotech, and medtech. Yves spent his career translating complex research into strategies that work in the real world.

She built an e-commerce sewing brand from scratch, mastering online branding, social media, and authentic storytelling. As a strategist, she helped companies grow by finding the human angle in everything they do.

Sharon measures success by real-world impact, not just metrics. From volunteering in Ghent’s prison to empowering young women in Kenya, she believes brands must stand for something real.

Çağlar has shaped identities for industry-leading brands, led the visual universe of cultural festivals for years running, and turned complex campaigns into visuals people actually stop for.

He studied graphic design at Anadolu University and spent part of his education at KASK in Ghent. Now he brings that international eye, deep craft and a genuine curiosity for new tools (yes, including AI) to our team.
